Our representatives turn deaf ears to our demands that they perform their duties as WE defined them in our Constitution. They have pretensions of their own as beings of omnipotence, regarding WE THE PEOPLE as simply their serfs to provide them with sustenance and gracious living.

The People have petitioned is as simply a humble manner as possible. WE have requested in ever stronger terms for governance to return to the founding documents of The Constitution and The Bill Of Rights, only to be ignored, marginalized, derided and degraded by those who seek to benefit themselves at our cost.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT of Free Speech has been relegated to "free speech zones" set aside in out of the way places, instead of being "allowed" on every street corner.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT of Free Press has been conscripted to provide a cornucopia of biased, boot-licking, subservient minions squealing like hogs at the trough of their masters.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to Personal Religion has been denigrated and marginalized to provide a "political correctness" of weak-willed tolerance for oppression.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to defend ourselves from transgression by individuals and Tyranny by Government has been distorted into a "permission" only allowed by the self-same Government within their boundaries of what They say is permissible.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to be secure in our persons, our property and our papers has been corrupted in the name of "public safety" to provide a basis for the continuing intrusion and control of a central government into our daily lives.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to Peaceably Assemble and Petition For Redress of Grievances has been degraded to those assemblies only "permitted" by the central authorities and all others are declared "unlawful assemblies" which are mishandled by the jack-booted thugs of the "authorities."

Have WE THE PEOPLE come down to this? A collection of subjugated serfs, prayerfully licking the boots of our masters as they deign to spread the largess of our labors back to us so that we may be comfortably secure. Have WE THE PEOPLE traded our liberties, that were so hard won and so hard kept for over 200 years, for the appearance of security? Will not THE PEOPLE rise up and exercise ALL their Rights together.

Put aside the fallacy of treating our enemies, foreign and domestic, with honeyed words and timid demeanor. They see only weakness in this behavior, a weakness of will and a weakness of ability. Stand shoulder to shoulder with your neighbor and bring the full force of ALL of our Rights to bear against these despots that would create a nation of slaves and serfs. Treat each one of these ill-conceived, illegitimate kinglets and their jack-booted thug retainers to the full force of our wrath. Let not one be overlooked because of pity or a weakening of the heart.

Birth Certificate Vs. Certification Of Live Birth
A story bringing to light how the U.S. Army revoked the orders of a Major scheduled to deploy to Afghanistan after he filed a lawsuit claiming that the deployment would be illegal due to the fact that Barack Obama has failed to produce a birth certificate, therefore he has not proven his eligibility to be Commander-In-Chief.
To say that we started a firestorm would be putting it mildly.
We had our fair share of rational responses, as well as the usual off-topic comments, accusations of being right-wing nuts, etc.
As well as a few that were too obscene to put into print.
It turns out that our theory that the document presented by Obama appears to be homemade has some support, in that it seems that there is a difference between a “Certification of Live Birth” as opposed to a “Certificate of Live Birth.”
Our friend Pamela at Atlas Shrugs also presents a compelling case that the document presented as proof that Obama is a natural-born American citizen is indeed a forgery.
And for you Obamanites who claim that there is no difference between a Certification of Live Birth and a Birth Certificate, we, as well as the State of Hawaii, would have to disagree with you.

Pay close attention to the following Hawaiian legal statute:

“[§338-17.8]  Certificates for children born out of State. 
(a)  Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(b)  Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate.  The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c)  The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]”
Everybody get that?
As long as an adult can walk into Hawaii’s version of the Department of Records and provide proof that they are a legal resident of Hawaii, the document is issued.
The child, on the other hand, could have been born in Hawaii, Kenya, or a back-alley in Budapest.
How much more proof do you disciples of the Messiah need before you will admit that there are legitimate reasons to demand answers on this issue?

Kentucky "Hate Crime" Report Mentions Constitution Party

A report posted on the Kentucky Justice & Public Safety Cabinet website mentions the Kentucky chapter of the Constitution Party. The 2006 report, entitled “Hate Crime and Hate Incidents in the Commonwealth,” characterizes the paleoconservative political party as a patriot group and associates it with the Ku Klux Klan and other white supremacist organizations.

The report cites “hate crime” statistics produced by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League, organizations that have made a cottage industry out of conflating the patriot movement and racist groups.

“What remains of the Patriot scene today is generally harder core, with an increasing number of groups influenced by the racist and anti-Semitic Christian Identity theology favored by some American neo-Nazi groups. Many others have embraced another radical theology, Christian Reconstructionism,” the SPLC claimed in 2001. Patriots entertain “outlandish conspiracy theories and childish fascination with guns, as a collection of nuts, people lacking basic reasoning skills whose arguments were naïve at best.”

It is absolutely astounding that in my United States, there could be such talk as this! And this but one of a gaggle of such reports! Preposterous! To label those who hold our sacred Constitution dear as "terrorists".....

I was once regarded as a "terrorist" by the Crown, but did that make it so? I dare say not. Perhaps in the view of the tyrannical regime who held the colonies in an iron grip, in order to fleece the people of the rewards of their labor, but surely not in the eyes of those who sought Freedom! Those who fight on the side of Liberty are guaranteed to be in the right, by the grace of God. Those who stand for oppression are Satan's spawn. So it is written in the word of God!

A fellow compatriot, Thomas Jefferson, once wrote "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." I fear that the time has come for that tree to be refreshed, lest the Great Experiment should fail entirely! America has fallen too deeply into the hands of evil. She has been corrupted beyond repair by conventional means. Perhaps a great, peaceful uprising could redeem her yet, but by appearances, the will is not there amongst the people. They have been led astray by the powers that be, who merely seek to better themselves, and not the country as a whole.

As it was with the Revolution, there seems to be but that same three percent who realize what must be done in order to preserve the Union against the evil that infects her now. God willing, that three percent may prevail once more.....

This, of course, would not be in the financial interests of the pharmaceutical and chemical companies that manufacture such substances, as it would clearly result in lower profits, better health for entire populations, and a consequent reduction in the use of synthetic drugs.

In conclusion therefore, whilst it may have been somewhat "out of the limelight" recently, the Codex Alimentarius Commission's support for the "business with disease" has continued unabated, and the wide scope of its activities makes it a significant danger to the future health of all humanity.

Do we want to see a world where our access to safe, nutritious foods and effective dietary supplements is restricted and controlled by pharmaceutical and chemical interests? If not then we must act now, before it's too late.

That means the U.S. government could arrest you for something you did at home, in the U.S. and then, if it so chose, extradite you, sending you away to a foreign nation for trial for violating this anti-gun treaty.

A Police State?

Upon arrival at the police station, the reporters were released within minutes - proving that they had done absolutely nothing worthy of being arrested in the first place. Sgt. Ramirez has been placed on leave pending an investigation.
Seems certain police officers are getting nervous. The DHS has said anyone knowledgeable about the Constitution is a Domestic Terrorist. But could it have been the soldiers showing up in the video or what was in the truck that turned over?

As far as soldiers in our streets and the Posse Comitatus Act (which was changed by the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007). How about them guarding Boston, or patroling the streets of Samson Alabama?
